Product Condition Requirements

• Used books with a minimal amount of writing, marks or highlighted pages may be considered acceptable.
• However, workbooks, lab manuals, and study guides must be free of highlighting marks or writing.
• Used books must only have minimal wear to the binding.
• Used books with missing or torn pages will not be accepted.
• Books with water or moisture damage will not be accepted.
• Books with fire or smoke damage will not be accepted.
• Books with strong odor of any kind (including cigarette odor) will not be accepted.
• If a textbook originally came with a CD, the original CD must accompany the book when shipped to us.
• The CD must be in good working condition, preferably without scratches.
• Advance reading copies, uncorrected proofs, and/or promotional or "screener" copies of any books will not be accepted. Also, items stated as "Review copy","free copy", "not for resale" (or "not for sale") will not be accepted. 
• International edition textbooks will not be accepted (standard U.S. editions only).
• One-time use subscription/registration based software/online course materials will not be accepted.
• Depending on the condition of the book, deleted or ex-library books may be accepted.
• Pornographic books will not be accepted.     

  CDs, DVDs and Video Game Condition Requirements

• All CDs, DVDs, and video games (including cartridges or discs) must be in very good working condition.
• Used CDs, discs and DVDs must not contain visible scratches.
• Used CDs, DVDs, discs, cartridges, and videos must not contain any cracks, chips or dents on the packaging or media itself.
• Product must be in its original packaging. DVD and video cases must have their original artwork. 
• Product must be original (no copies of movies, videos, CDs or anything will be accepted).
• Pirated CDs, DVDs and videos will not be accepted.
• Pornographic movies will not be accepted.  

Software Condition Requirements

• All software must be complete (including all required licenses), and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. 
• Used software must be complete and in good working condition.
• Software packaging must be in very good condition and undamaged.
• When selling software, you must be sure you are following the guidelines of the manufacturer, or license of the contents.  For example, if you are selling us software that is licensed for one (1) user to use, you must remove that software from your computer before sending it to us. 
• Be sure to read the licensing requirements of the software before sending it to us so you are not breaking any laws.
• Software must not contain visible scratches, cracks, dents or be warped.
• Pirated software or copies of software will NOT be accepted.

• Contents must be complete.
• Games must be in original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
• All original contents must be included in the box (including, but not limited to, manuals, instructions, game pieces, dice).  We do not accept games with replacement pieces that are obviously not made by the original manufacturer, such as copies of manuals.
• Games must not be torn, broken, or have water or moisture damage internally or externally.
• Games with fire or smoke damage will not be accepted.
• Games with strong odor of any kind (including cigarette odor) will not be accepted.
• Games must be in very good condition overall with minimal visual signs of usage. 

If your products do not meet our condition requirements, you will be given a choice to have them shipped back at your expense within 15 days after date of receipt, that is within 15 days from the date we receive your shipment.  Products with no return postage or arrangements made that are not being purchased, will, after 15 days, be donated to various charities, such as Goodwill.
